OpsMosaic is a small operational support firm built specifically for US-based field service companies. Our dispatch team is based in the Philippines. Our management is US-based. Together we run the office for businesses that have outgrown handling everything in-house but aren't ready for — and don't want — a faceless BPO.
Every client gets named team members, a documented runbook, and a management layer above them. The relationship is supposed to feel close, accountable, and durable.
The name
Why OpsMosaic.
Most growing service businesses have the same problem: the pieces are there, but they are scattered. Calls get missed, schedules slip, and workflows depend too heavily on whoever happens to be paying attention that day. The operation breaks into fragments, and that is where growth starts to stall.
A mosaic is made of fragments too. Small, separate pieces that become something cohesive when arranged with intention. That is exactly what OpsMosaic does. We take the scattered operational pieces of a growing service business — intake, dispatch, scheduling, and admin — and turn them into a system that runs cleanly and consistently. What feels chaotic becomes structured. What feels fragmented becomes whole.
