Founder
Three decades in the field: a decade running construction crews, a decade leading mural painting crews, and a decade building and consulting field service companies. Ben founded OpsMosaic to fix the problems he kept seeing over and over — missed calls, scheduling gaps, weak follow-up, and back-office chaos. He builds practical systems that make complicated work run cleaner, easier, and more repeatable. He wing foils when the wind shows up.
Field Operations Advisor
Mark owns and operates a pest control company in Hood River Oregon, and brings deep firsthand knowledge of field service operations. He understands the full picture — customer communication, technician workflow, dispatch, scheduling, and the pressure of keeping everything moving in real time. At OpsMosaic, he helps shape systems that work in the field, not just on paper.
Head of Client Partnerships
Mike leads partnerships at OpsMosaic with a relationship-first approach shaped by years in real estate, hospitality, and client service. As a real estate professional and Airbnb host, he knows how to make people feel comfortable from the start. Photography is his creative side pursuit, reflecting a sharp eye for detail, composition, and place. He loves the ocean and feels most at home out on the water.
Client Success, East Coast
Based in North Carolina, Julien works with East Coast clients on the details that keep operations running — follow-up cadence, client-specific workflows, and communication between OpsMosaic and the field team. He helps keep small issues from becoming big problems, with a calm, people-first way of smoothing friction and moving things forward.
Dispatch Management
Queenie leads the dispatch side of OpsMosaic. She manages the team that answers calls, schedules jobs, and coordinates with technicians every day. She's the reason the phones get answered the way they do — and the reason they keep getting answered that way.
Web & Brand
Eliena handles web, brand, and SEO work for OpsMosaic and for the clients who need it as part of their Growth tier. Her work is the reason this site looks the way it does, and the reason our clients' sites look the way they do when they ask us to handle it.
Where we work
Part of our team is based in the Philippines. We don't hide that — we choose our people for reliability, professionalism, and long-term fit. Our US management works alongside them every day, and clients always know who's on their account.
One more thing
Every summer we gather our clients in Hood River, Oregon. A few days in the Columbia River Gorge — good food, honest conversation, and a chance for operators in different markets to meet each other. We like the people we work with. We want them to like each other too.
